April is new to Siren Cove, so existing relationships aren't possible, but I'm up for anyone having seen her come into town, since she's been here for a few days already and is only now coming out of her apartment. That said, there's a possibility for siblings or half-siblings. :D

Yes, absolutely. April's not likely to be arrested, because she's very good at her manipulations, but it'd be funny for Levi to be able to tell she's a serious trouble maker and not have any proof except his mind reading. :DDD

He will just do his best to constantly show up and ruin her fun. And probably flirt, because he's been flirting so long it would be difficult to stop just because he has a significant other now.
