"I feel fine except I can't make anyone do anything," she answers, realizing she's dangerously close to snapping at Les for absolutely no reason. He's one of the few people in Siren Cove she might consider a friend, even with everything that had gone on between them, and if there's anyone who might be able to help her, it's him. She thinks of going to her father, he'd probably be able to get her the information she needs, but when it comes to actual power, it's really only the three men she's closest to that she'd trust with this.
