"Two days before," she says, wincing as she looks over at him. "Christmas morning, huh? That's rough." Not to mention selfish, she thinks. She's less concerned for herself, the holiday means little to her, but for Caden and Will, both of whom have families and people who love them, it's supposed to be a happy time. The fact that neither of them could wait until the holiday was over is selfish.
