Sometimes Robert worried that when he ran into his children in town they would think that he was keeping tabs on him. While Abigail was right and he probably was a control freak, that wasn't the case. If he was keeping tabs on them he certainly wouldn't be seen.

He liked bumping into them randomly though. He liked seeing them though, the experience was still novel to him and while they might not be too crazy about it, Robert enjoyed seeing them. Which was why it was good to see April at the Quill.
