"Yeah, I'm your sister now, you're not allowed to think I'm beautiful anymore," she tells him with a faint smile. Maybe he'll do something, maybe he won't, but she's too overwhelmed to worry about it much right now.

"I think you'll be okay," she says and she's not generally an optimist, but she doesn't think anything else can really go wrong.
